datasheet says (Page 13) that total VREG current is about 10mA for the conditions specified, but I‘m afraid that the current is mostly intended to supply driver’s own internal circuitry. There are no certain values about how much current you can draw with your specific schematics for an external load because „it depends“. It‘s the gate charge of your MOSFETs, PWM frequency, temperature, external Gate-Source discharge resistors‘ value and so on that make the difference.
You can try to load the output with some external resistor (10k down to 2k) and check if all the driver‘s functions including start-up duration, PWM switching and temperature are still acceptable at full load for the given motor, but nobody will give you any warranty about it.
I think some MPS engineer can tell more to the matter.
