With load output voltage is rising 5v to 5.8v

Hi ,

We are using MP9486AGN-Z without load we are getting 5v as we expected , but when we connect load its rising from 5v to 5.8v . Our power circuitry attached below .

What is the input voltage to the device as well as output current at the load?

I have the same issue here. Seems to be a layout issue as I have got the exactly same design with two slightly different layouts and one shows it and one not. Feedback pin on the errenous design read 0.230 V on the multimeter and 0.203 V on the correct one. Could MPS please comment on the issue?
