What the differences among the battery charger MP2759 & MP2759A?

The primary difference between the MP2759 and MP2759A is the JEITA temperature range.

For the MP2759A, the battery NTC limits change to 0 - 45 degrees Celsius, which essentially means there is better temperature control during the charging process. Therefore, the MP2759A is more suitable for applications where thermal management constraints are stricter as opposed to the MP2759.
