What is the MSL level of MP86956 and what does it mean?

MSL stands for moisture sensitivity level and denotes the time period in which a moisture sensitive device can be exposed to ambient room conditions. MP86956 has a rating of MSL3, meaning it can be exposed to air for up to 168 hours. Any longer, and the device must be baked before assembly. Here is a link for further reference:
