What if I cant see my device on Virtual Bench Pro?

I am not able to see my MPM54304 and MPM3695-25 on my board. What do you recommend to do to correct this?

First check that SDA, SCL, and GND are properly connected to the dongle. This will cause the GUI to not have the correct I2C data written / received.

Second, click the Search I2C Addresses. This will show if there are I2C addresses available, but not automatically populated on the GUI’s System column.

If there are I2C address that are not automatically populated, add the device using the Add One Device icon.

Right click the device ‘MPM54304’ and Change Chip Address to the address seen during the search.
