Virtual Bench Pro not detecting MP3698 on EVM3698-BH-02A

I’ve tried with 4.0.58.X version, when that did not work, I installed the latest version 4.0.63.X this too did not work and I dont find MP3698 in the device list to add it manually either.

I see the dongle is connected and recognized on windows in the device manager. I was unsuccessful in manually adding the device as well. The error message I see is this:

Are you looking up the MPM3698? I am able to find the part via GUI on my end.
