Theta JB of MPM3695-10

I am looking for the value of Theta JB for MPM3695-10. The datasheet only calls out Theta JA and JC values.

Are you looking for ThetaJB or PsiJB? ThetaJB will be specific to your board. We have PsiJB information but you will need to reach out to MPS NOW Remote Support - Support (monolithicpower.com). It will be specific to JESD51-2A.

ThetaJC is measured from the junction to the bottom of the package. This maybe more helpful to you since it is specific to our device.
