For product MP2303ADN-LF-Z , could you help to know the substance of the wire bond inside the wafer? Is it gold or Cu?

The MP2303ADN-LF-Z is not recommended for new designs. Please refer to MP2338.

MPS devices are monolithic meaning there is no wire bonds within the wafer.
