The Difference between MPQ8633A and MPQ8633A-H

Hi, MPS team

I’m looking for a ~8A buck with 12V voltage input and I found the new release chip MPQ8633A-H. But I also found one chip MPQ8633A. I’m not sure what’s the difference between them as I compared their introduction pages & key parameters. I found nothing different from my side. Thank you.

Hi KJ,
The main difference is how the device behaves when Over Voltage Protection (OVP) is triggered.

In the 8633A → its latch-off OVP mode.
In the 8633A-H → its hiccup mode for OVP.
