The circuit diagram is OK. The Diode D1 doesn’t have a value so cannot comment on it. The only other comment is that the device handles up to 100V and this shows a 12V input, 3.3V output. There are many other MPS devices that would be more appropriate for that application from a cost and performance standpoint (such as the MP2317). The MP9486 operates in hysteretic mode for a simple high voltage step down, thus has fairly high output voltage ripple, which can be significant for a 3.3V output.

Apologies, wrong ref des for the diode. Please submit the part number/manufacturer for the Diode D5.
Part number Diode D5 - SS14.
The values are good. Make sure the inductor can handle 2A peak current.
