Hello, we are considering the MP8020 for a new platform that will support both 802.3bt as well as passive PoE down to 24V. The IC has various functions to allow the use of a secondary adapter input.
I would like to ask if there is any reference design available to support passive PoE, preferrably using only a single external transistor (to save on BOM cost and PCB area).
