Stpper motor with MP6500L not working properly

Apr 29 - Hello, the stepper motor driver using MP6500L has been designed but MP6500L is not working properly. Attached, please find the screen shot to show the wave form for STEP, AOUT1 and AOUT2. If it is compared to the wave form on the data sheet it is totally different.
The operating condition of the device are;

  • Full Step
  • 0.65 A of rate current and 5.6 Ohm resistance of coil - 110KOhm Riset
  • the voltage on VIN has been changed from 4.5V to 24VDC.
  • 220KOhm of Rosc
    Please help me to resolve the issue.

Could you share your schematic?
Could you take a more zoomed out picture with more pulses of the step signal?
Can you verify that the bridge outputs connections are correct?
Is nFault pulled low?
