Stepper motor with MP6500 vibration at startup

Hello,
I am using MP6500GF to drive a NEMA 17 bipolar stepper motor. When I turn on the driver (by pulling nSLEEP pin high), I hear a loud vibration from the motor. This happens before I start sending pulses to STEP pin. How can I get rid of that vibration?

Have you tested your stepper motor with a different motor driver? Either MPS or non-MPS? We should eliminate whether it’s the driver or the motor causing the issue.
