Step by step procedure to operate HR1001C

Dear team,

We are a potential consumer of the HR1000IC-P LLC half-bridge converter, the anticipated power capacity at the output of the converter is 60 watts (max). The utility of this converter is to avoid high-frequency noise so generated by conventional flyback converters. We have sourced these ICs from your dealer element14. We have gone exactly based on your data sheet. We have checked Gate-Source pulse of the MOSFET(both upper&lower). But there are no gate pulse present. We have isolated a separate supply for IC at 12-volt DC. At the PCB level, we have kept the ground of the 12-volt power supply and main power supply which is rectified to get 325-volt DC. Please suggest to us where we are going wrong to rectify the circuit and step by step procedure to test the circuit

They might want to see a schematic, I would try a 13V supply the turn on for the device is 11V so 12 is a little close. There is a deceptively named pin called BO which stands for brown out not body odor.
It functions as an enable, if that pin is low the chip won’t oscillate. Could that be the issue?
