Some queries regarding MP6536

Dear Sir,

we have some queries regarding MP6536

We are providing an external 100K Pull Up with 3.3V DC to the
STBYB (Pin No: 17 of IC MP6536), Still we are not getting 3.3V at STBYB (Pin No: 17 of IC MP6536 ).

We are providing an external voltage to the SHDN (Pin No: 15 of IC MP6536), Still, we are getting 0.2 to 0.7V from SHDN (Pin No: 15 of IC MP6536).

We are providing an external 100K Pull Up with 3.3V DC to the
FAULTB (Pin No: 14 of IC MP6536), Still we are not getting 3.3V at FAULTB (Pin No: 14 of IC MP6536 ).

We are not getting voltage on Pin any: 34 and Pin no: 37

Please let us know the reason, please confirm if IC got damaged.

Hello Murthy,
The chip may be bad. There are inputs you noted that do not have correct voltages and as an input, it is high impedance with no load, and would show the voltage applied at the input when measured. Check your supplier for the parts, if they came from a distributor that MPS doesn’t support then the parts may be bad.

Please let us know about the voltages at VDR 1 Pin and VDR 2 Pin if IC performing a healthy operation.
