Shared output on MP4255

Hello - I’m looking to use the MP4255 at 6A (rather than 2x 3A) as mentioned in the datasheet. There’s nothing about how to actually achieve this. Do I just link the SW switch outputs and the FB pins and use a single, higher rated inductor?
Or do I have separate inductors and FB for each buck and then join the outputs together? Or is it more complicated to ensure current sharing between the bucks?

Also - side question - there’s nothing in the datasheet about how to use the ISENS pin and the circuits just show it connected to GND. Is there anything we can do with this pin?

Hi Tom,
I am looking into this for you and will keep you posted with feedback.

Tom,
We recommend MP4247 for high current 6A application, the shared means it can supply 3 amps simultaneously via 2 ports.

Not 6 amps single output.
