Request for PCB / Simulation Files of MP2891 + MPC22163-130 Evaluation Board

Hi MPS team,

I am studying the article “Predictive Transient Simulation Analysis for the Next Generation of GPUs” by Marisol Cabrera, Tomas Hudson, and Marlon Eguia.

I am currently designing a ~1000A multiphase power supply using MPC22163-130 modules, and the evaluation board shown in the article is very relevant to my work. I have already bought MPC22163-130 boards for my graduation design in Uninversity of Glasgow.

Would it be possible to share any reference files for this board, such as:

  • PCB layout / Allegro files and stack-up

  • Sigrity PowerSI project or extracted S-parameter/RLGC model

  • MP2891 + MPC22163-130 SIMPLIS model/project

  • Related high-current reference design (be capabable of >1000A)

I understand that some files may be proprietary or under NDA. A simplified/sanitized version or technical guidance would also be very helpful.

If possible, could this question be forwarded to the authors or the relevant multiphase applications engineering team?
