Rectifier Module 10kW - 30kW for EV charging station

Hello Team ,

We are presently trying to build a rectifier module of the following specifications

  1. Input Voltage : 3 phase AC (190-270Vrms)
  2. Output Voltage : 40-120 VDC
  3. Power : 15kW

We are in the phase of evaluating various designs and looking for suitable products that fit in for the development of the same.

Hence, I request you to suggest relevant application notes, reference designs, ICs with the Altium files between the power range of 10kW - 30kW.

MPS offers several products such as isolated gate drivers, gate driver power supplies, and isolated power modules that can be used in a EV charging station design but currently we don’t have a full scale reference design available.
