in my design and now Upgrading the design to military Grade. Kindly recommend me a parts with same spec as mentioned part with military grade/ defence grade.

I see you are using our buck power module.
In our current portfolio we do not have any parts specifically rated for Military or Defense grade, I guess you are looking for something related to the wide operating temperature range and the radiation reliability when it comes to the military/space grade.
However we definitely have automotive graded products which have AEC-100, AEC-200 and ASIL functional safety as well which can be useful for you to take a look at as an alternative for MPM3683-7.
I would recommend you taking a look at MPQ4371-8000, rated for 8A which has a ZDP control and have great efficiency and much cooler thermal results based on the package technology.
Secondly, MPQ4362B-AEC1 can be a good option to look for which has Quiet FET technology which has less noise and ripple and good EMI performance.
