Question on MPQ4317GRE-AEC1 Datasheet

Dear MPS Technical Support Team,

I have a question regarding the MPQ4317GRE-AEC1 datasheet.

On page 33 of the datasheet, there is the following sentence: “The VCC capacitor should be 10 times greater than the boost capacitor.”

Could you please clarify what “boost capacitor” refers to in this context? I am wondering if it means the bootstrap capacitor (connected to the BST pin), or if it might be a typo.

Apologies for the late reply; MPS had a company shutdown for the holidays. “Boost capacitor” refers to the bootstrap capacitor connected to BST pin.
