Question MP2499A + MP5030 about USB authentication

We are trying to achieve QC3.0 with a USB Type-A terminal with a configuration of MP2499A (DCDC) + MP5030 (Controller).

I have a question about USB authentication.

Q1
Are license royalties avoided by purchasing IC?

Q2
Restrictions when using ICs with built-in QC3.0 functions are:
・Whether or not to post the main body logo
・Whether or not to publish the main body rating
・Tests to declare the use of QC3.0 (check items)

Is certification by an accredited external institution MUST or is self-management (testing) acceptable?

Hello Okada,

From a device level, our MP5030 Controller is able to support the QC 3.0 standard. For certification questions, I would suggest looking into the USB-IF.
