Production / Release date for MP4247

Hi,

Would like to know the samples availability date and mass production date for MP4247 as I’m currently looking for buck-boost DC/DC with Vin range from 4.8V to 30V with output voltage of 5.2V @ around 3A. The application will be used as USB-PD Sink application. Is this IC suitable for USB-PD Sink application?

Previously was looking at MP28167GQ-A but realised that the input voltage max is 22V.

Also when the eval board and reference schematics for MP4247 will be available?

We are not sure for the exact release date, but we can provide an alternate part which will go with your required specifications.
You can order EVB for MP4262.
Also, you may also further contact the MPSNOW team at mpsnow@monolithicpower.com if you would like to know more about release date for MP4247.

You can contact the MPSNOW team at mpsnow@monolithicpower.com to order the EVB for MP4262. The part is not yet released on the website, but we do provide the EVB. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide the datasheet of this part here on the forum. Sorry for the inconveniences.
