Problem using installed Infineon MOSFET spice models in MPSmart

Hi. I’ve added a bunch of Infineon models to MPSmart from this link.

I click OK and the command shell displays the message that the model library has changed and that the catalog rebuild is complete.

However, when I try to place or extract one of the MOSFETS, in this case a IPN60R360P7S_L0, the model is not listed.

Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong please?

Hello @dhanslip ,

MPSmart is specifically designed for simulating MPS provided models with their compatible external components which does not include other vendor models.
