Hello,
Looking for is there any DC-DC module (with I2C/PMBus) or PMIC recommendation dedicated for LPDDR5 / LPDDR5x application?
i.e. VDD1: 1.8V @ ~1A, VDDH & VDDL: 1.05V @ ~6A, VDDQ: 0.5V @ ~1.5A
Thanks & regards,
Ping

Hi Ping,
We have several PMICs for DDR5 applications, is a 4-channel PMIC all that you need for the design?
Best,
Ryan
Hi Ryan,
I need the PMIC for LPDDR5 / LPDDR5x (not DDR5).
3-channel PMIC is good enough for simplify as I take the advantage of share VDDH & VDDL supply rails in single voltage.
Below is the LPDDR5x power pin name, voltage and current requirement.
VDD1: 1.8V @ ~1A
VDDH & VDDL: 1.05V @ ~6A
VDDQ: 0.5V @ ~1.5A
Thanks & reagrds,
Ping
Hi Ping,
Sorry for the delay. I cannot disclose information about our LPDDR5 PMICs on the public forum. However, please submit a ticket here to get connected with an MPS FAE/Sales Engineer directly.
Best,
Ryan
Hi Ryan,
Thanks, I had submitted to MPS Technical Support.
Best regards,
