Need transformer for 8009A design

I’m looking for a POE 802.3at design that is 37V to 57V in and 5V 3A out (the
power draw is 9W nominal but can go up to 15W for 50ms). I need the transformer
to be under 13mm height. I believe the MP8009 would work but am open to
suggestions. I would like the efficiency to be above 85% with a goal of 90%. I
cannot use the one in the kit because it’s sourced from a chinese company.

I have located a transformer that could work for our design: FCT1-50M22SL | Power Converter Transformers | Coilcraft can I get some design help since there are no tools (simulations or web tools) to design this transformer into the MP8009?
