For EMI/EMC simulation i need spice model/ Transient model for the following components.
1.MPQ70240FSGRHE-AEC1-Z
2.MPM3515GQVE-ACE1
3.MPM3810GQB-AEC1-Z

The MPQ70240FS-AEC1 is currently a pre-release part. To get support/ design resources for this part kindly reach out to our team with this link.
The MPM3515-AEC1 has a downloadable MPSmart Model under Design Tools. You can download MPSmart, a SIMPLIS based simulator, from our website using this link. MPSmart will let you perform a fourier analysis for EMI analysis and perform traditional transient tests. SIMPLIS allows for a much faster simulation time than traditional SPICE when it comes to switching regulators, so most of our parts tend to offer MPSmart simulations.
The MPM3810-AEC1 is NRFND, consider looking into the MPM3810A-AEC1. This part also has a MPSmart model under Design Tools.
Note that all the parts have available evaluation boards to help with prototyping/ testing, and MPS has EMC labs customers could use if EMI testing is ever needed.
