MPQ8655 Queries

Hi Team,
Since MPQ8645 part is NRND, So we are using MPQ8655 in our new design to support 0.85 Vout @30A load current. Below are my queries.

  1. Is new part MPQ8655 pin -pin match with the MPQ8645 ?
  2. Can i get the complete datasheet ?
  3. what are new specification added in the MPQ8655 compared to MPQ8645.
  4. Can we flash the MPQ8645 configuration file to MPQ8655 without changing.

Hello Ashok,

MPQ8645 is currently a pre-released part that is available on our website.
The MPQ8645P is currently NRFND and MPQ8655 is the pin-to-pin compatible replacement for it.
Please see the data sheet for part specifications.

To be able to use the same configuration file, all the registers would need to be the same. Please refer to the register map for those details.
