MPQ7920 MTP password

Hi, I have problem to program a MPQ7920-003 device on the eval board. The ENTER_MTP_MODE bit can not be set to 1 probably because the password is not correct ?!? What is the default password for MPQ7920 ???

Hi p.stassain,

Version -0003 is not MTP programmable, only -0000 has a two-time programmable MTP. Please see *Note 1 in the datasheet.

Hi Cindy, as far as I understand, MPQ7920GRM_0000 is MTP so it is 2 times programmable.
while the MPQ7920GRM-0003 is already 1 time programmed soi it is OTP (1 time programmable).
So please could you give me the MTP password for the chip MTP7920GRM- (0000 or 0003) ??

Yes, -0003 is 2x programmable and -0000 is one. The MTP program password is “mps0519”.
