when setting MUTE low in a sequence. Is it possible set MUTE low again earlier then 480ms and output a waveform (after 100µs)?

Could you please clarify what you mean by set MUTE low again earlier than 480ms?
If you are you looking to set MUTE earlier in the start up sequence, I would not recommend it, the start up sequence must have the Load diagnostics finished before MUTE can be set to low for the functionality. Please follow the recommended sequence outlined in figure 9 and 10 in the data sheet.
