Hi,
I have prototyped my custom board with MPQ6528.
When I apply the PWM on B and 0V on A I have nFAULT.
The reverse works!
What can I check to understand where the problem is?
IC: MPQ6528
Thank you

Hi Marso,
Thanks for posting on the MPSNow Forum.
How about the ENA and ENB pins? If possible could you provide scope captures on nFault, PWMB and PWMA as well as both EN pins?
Thanks,
Cindy
Hi Cindy,
Thank your for your reply.
ENA and ENB are connected directly to 3.3v
I use nSLEEP to turn on/off the driver.
Attached are the wave on PWMA, PWMB and nFAULT (Unfortunately my oscilloscope have only two channels)

Thanks,
Mario
Great, thanks.
Could you also attach a schematic of how you are connecting the part, mainly showing Phase A and Phase B BSTA, SHA and gate driver connections?
Thanks,
Cindy
