MPQ6526 EP connection

From the datasheet its not clean to which pin the expose pad (EP) needs to be connected. Can you tell me if it needs to be connected to ground of can be left floating.

Please ground the exposed pad of the chip and follow a layout similar to the EVB of the MPQ6526.
