As of now, I don’t believe there are plans to have the MPQ5884 UL tested. We do however have an MPSmart model that you can use for preliminary component design.

Are dev boards available yet?

We do have evaluation boards available for the MPQ5884 (full eval board number is the EVQ5884-QJ-00A).
If you have established contact with an FSE through the following ticket you (hopefully) submitted, then feel free to ask them about getting one of these eval boards sampled.
