We have been using MPQ4573-AEC1 in one of our applications. Please find the design below. VIN =24V and VOUT=166 @ 1A LOAD. Since no spice model is available. I have taken the designer tool from mps to check the stability of the system.
I have tried to check for this but the output voltage we need to set as a parameter - if we set the output voltage 2.9V then the FB bottom resistor is tuned to 523 to 3.18kohms and procude 2.9V (which is correct as per theoritical calculation).
For the same design components as mentioned below can we able to check the stability for VIN =4.5 @ 1.46A ouptut load current ?

From what I am understanding, you are interested in checking stability (Gain and Phase Plots) for MPQ4573-AEC1 given:
Vin = 4.5V
Iout = 1.46A
Vout = 2.9V
Assuming that the rest of components values are kept the same as in the image you shared, you get the following:
