MPQ4470A – maximal current from VCC pin

Hello,

can you please tell me what’s the maximal current that can be drawn from VCC pin (output of internal LDO) of MPQ4470A?

The datasheet just gives tolerance for VCC load regulation up to 10 mA, however I don’t see explicitly written the maximal allowed current value.

Hello Martin,

I believe the figure for the MPQ4470A has a typical VCC LDO output current where Icc = 10mA. This can vary between devices.

Are you trying to use the VCC output for anything else?
