Hi, I wanted to check about how the programming of the MPQ4263 works. I see this part has “one time programmable” (OTP) memory but I wasn’t clear on whether that’s just for the default power-on values, or if you literally cannot change the output voltage more than once.
My application requires frequent adjustment of the output voltage during run-time so I’m hoping the part is compatible with that.
The OTP refers to default power-on values, which can only be set once. However, you can write your register changes to volatile memory as much as you want, provided that the IC is powered on; it just won’t be saved as default power-on values.
