MPQ4242GVE-0000-AEC1-Z Questions regarding writing

Thank you for your continued support.

Regarding the MPQ4242GVE-0000-AEC1-Z that we have purchased from your company, we are contacting you to make a technical inquiry about the specifications of the ONE TIME PROGRAM (OTP) function.

Currently, we have confirmed the following description in the datasheet:
Bits Name: D[7] OTP_PROGRAM
Default: 0x0
Description:
Configures the I2C register value into the OTP memory cell.
A password is required before using the OTP.
The OTP can be configured once. Only the MPQ4242-0000 and
OTP_PAGE = 0 can be used to configure the OTP.
Write 1 to this bit to implement OTP configurations.
After configuring is complete, this bit automatically resets to 0.
Apply a 12V VIN while configuring the OTP.

In the above description, it states:
“A password is required before using the OTP”

However, we could not find any information regarding:

  • The specific content of the password
  • The method of setting it (registers, sequences, etc.)

Therefore, we would like to ask for your guidance on the following points:

  1. Specifications and setup method of the password required when writing to the OTP
  2. Procedure for fixing initial values (I2C register values) using the OTP
  3. Precautions during implementation (voltage conditions, methods to verify write, etc.) …

In order to consider settings with mass production in mind, I would like to understand a reliable method to fix the initial values. If you have any manufacturer documents or application notes, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide them. I apologize for bothering you during your busy schedule, but I sincerely ask for your confirmation.
