The MPQ4210 generates a VCC voltage which is brought out to a pin. Can this voltage supply be used to supply additional circuitry? If so, how many mA are available for this purpose?

The VCC pin purpose is to only supply internal logic and only has a few mA. This should be true for all of the MPS devices because the VCC is typically generated from the Vin via an internal LDO.
