MPQ3369-AEC1 circuit not starting

Dear Team,

We have developed a LED driver circuit with the MPQ3369-AEC1 device, unfortunately the circuit doesnt start up correct, it runs every time into the Failure Mode.
So, is there the possibility to check our (small) schematic for some issues?

Hi Herbert:

Can you please check by increasing R8 to 27K. At present you have selected it at 18K.
Please let me know if that works.
