Kindly share the MPQ2177 series fixed 1.1V output partnumber and purchasing details

Hello,

There are only two fixed voltage versions of this buck (1.2V and 1.8V).

These part numbers are as follows in the datasheet:

  • MPQ2177GQHE (Non-Automotive Rated, Adjustable Output)
  • MPQ2177GQHE-AEC1 (Automotive Rated, Adjustable Output)
  • MPQ2177GQHE-12-AEC1 (Automotive Rated, Fixed 1.2V Output)
  • MPQ2177GQHE-18-AEC1 (Automotive Rated, Fixed 1.8V Output)

I could see the datasheet says MPQ2177F series has all below fixed output votage version, could you pls clarify on this, Thank you.

Ah, I see, this is the MPQ2177F.

This changes some things as there are many fixed output options for this variant. The non -F version is another part entirely with only two fixed options.

You should be looking for the MPQ2177FGQHE-11-AEC1 in that case.
