MPQ2013AGG-AEC1 - IC Code Marking?

Hi,

Is there a special code marking for the AEC1 qualified MPQ2013AGG?

I don’t see a specific one on the datasheet.

Can you verify that the top marking on the MPQ2013AGG is denoted with “CD" ?

Sure Krishan

We have both the regular MPQ2013AGG and the MPQ2013AGG-AEC1.

MPQ2013AGG is marked CDM 178. MPQ2013AGG-AEC1 is marked CDP 802.

I understand that the 3rd letter is the date code, but they are both CD. Does the lot code then dictates if it’s AEC1 certified or not?
