I am currently working with the MPQ1918 half-bridge GaN MOSFET driver and am looking for a PSpice/LTspice simulation model. Is an official model available, or has anyone successfully created or used an equivalent model?

At this time there is no official PSpice or MPSmart models for the MPQ1918. To my knowledge, MPS does not have any official models for LTSpice.
We do have evaluation boards for this in order to replicate your schematic and run tests on if you are interested. Do you have a local sales contact at MPS to inquire about this? Let me know.
