I have a question regarding the MPQ8650GMJT-0014.
Q1.I would like to obtain the configuration settings for the MPQ8650GMJT-0014 (VOUT_MODE, VBOOT, Fsw, OCP/OVP/UVP, constants, PMBus address, and soft-start).
Q2. Please verify compatibility with Intel Agilex 5 SmartVID
Q3. Are there any examples of using the “Other” type setting in Quartus? Is it possible to support the necessary PMBus commands?
Q4.Are there any examples of AVS (Adaptive Voltage Scaling) operation with an output voltage range of 0.47–0.60V?
Q5. Is it possible to design a 3-phase configuration for the Broadcom BCM85021 (DVDD 52A)?
Q6. I need an efficiency curve for a 5V input power supply. The conditions are as follows:
- VIN: 5V
- Fsw: 1 MHz
- 1 to 3 phases
- VOUT: 0.5V and 0.8V
Q7. The circuit diagram for the EVQ8650-MJ is for a 2-phase configuration. Is there a 3-phase circuit diagram available?
Q8. Could you please also share the data for the design simulation?
