MPM54304GMN marking for different part number

I am using both MPM54304GMN-0003 and MPM54304GMN-0004 on the same circuit. When PCBA comes in, I found power supply rails are wrong. I noticed in the BOM file, part number MPM54304GMN-0004 and MPM54304GMN-0003 are mixed. I tried to figure out the part number from part marking. The marking is as the picture shows.

May I know which part is used actually, MPM54304GMN-0003 or MPM54304GMN-0004?
