MPM54304 Programming Problem

Hello,
Please can someone help me with programming MP54304 dev board - I lost two boards already as while programming the status shown ROM programmed but when power cycle still default Values .
I have bought 3rd dev board now and do not know how to proceed with this and make sure board is programmed.
Setup:
Board

EVM54304-MN-01A

Vin = 12V
EN switch OFF
Virtual Bench 4.0

Dev board has preprogrammed Vout without FB resistors , I want to program all BUCKS to use Vref 600mV and add FB resitors.

Please can you help and guide through Virtual Bench and to make sure I can program the ROM .

Hello,

If you would like to change the configuration parameters and save them even after power cycling, you can write and save to Non-Volatile Memory at the top right corner of the Virtual Bench Pro 4.0 GUI.
Note: Depending on the part, there may be limited number of times you can write to NVM.
