MPM5304: GPIO pin configured as power good

I found this note in the MPM5304 datasheet:

“General purpose input/output (GPIO) pin – PG mode. When the MTP/I2C
configure this pin as “PG,” it is the open-drain power good output. Pull low
when any enabled regulator falls below the UV threshold or when all
regulators are disabled”

None of the example schematics include a pull up resistor on the open drain pin. Is this pull up integrated internally?

I don’t think this would have an internal pull up. You can also take a look at the schematic on our evb datasheet that shows a pull up. EVM54304-MN-01A
