Part numbers ending in P and Z are the same parts. P and Z only indicates reel size. -Z if for the full reel. -P is for partial reel. What’s the qty of each reel?

That is correct, P and Z are ordering information specs.
-Z for full reel Qty = 5000.
-P for partial reel Qty = 500.

Can you please verify part validity without reel size, it can be orderable part number MPQ6615GQKTE-AEC1 ?
P and Z only indicates reel size , So reel size can be blank ?
