Dear Sir/Madam,

According datasheet, MPM3695GPJ-20-3333 does factory configed for multiphase application.
I would like to check the MPM3695GPJ-20-3333 can it be direct replacement on MPM3695GPJ-20-0022 circuitry design (PCB) for single phase operation?

Hi Ping,

I think you can with MTP feature (using our GUI) and looking at the register map, ‘-3333’ suffix code could be used as a replacement for the ‘-0022’ configuration, they are programmed for specific output voltages and also the type of phase(single/multi) the part is being operated.

-3333 is a multiphase programmed part with the output voltage being 3.3V.
