is it possible to use the active part number MPM3695GMQ-10-0022 to generate 1.0V output or do we need a custom part number?

The MPM3695GMQ-10-0022 is the default part number. You can change the output voltage to 1V through external feedback resistors or vary internal reference through PMBus interface.
