Hello, I’m seeking the thermal resistance “Junction-to-Case (Top)” of the MPM3695-25. The datasheet gives only Rth(JA) and Rth(JB) but we need to know the Rth(JC) on Top side in order to compute the junction temperature considering a thermal path on the top of the QFN-59 package.
