I use mpm3690-50d.
In datasheet, ps1 pin is connected GND.
In EVB schematic, ps1/ps2 pins are floating.
How should the PS1 and PS2 pins be designed when output is 0.9V/35A?

Here is the pin description as outlined in the MPM3690-50D datasheet:
In actual implementation if using the module in single phase mode where Iout = 35A, I would just pull this pin to GND as this is corroborated in the Typical Application. PS2 either enables or disables the slave phase, so do this as you will depending on your desired application.
